We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design process across a range of digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be a conceptual thinker, trend-savvy, and capable of transforming briefs into compelling visual stories that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms.
- Design and develop visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, packaging, branding, and advertisements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.
- Mentor and provide art direction to junior designers and interns.
- Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh and innovative design styles.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Review and improve design workflows, tools, and team efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a professional design environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating diverse design work and creative problem-solving.
- Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or 3D design is a plus.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
