Role Overview A Telecaller serves as a primary voice of the company, engaging potential and existing clients over the phone to promote products, generate sales leads, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities * Inbound & Outbound Calling: Place sales calls to prospective leads and handle incoming customer inquiries effectively. * Lead Generation & Pitching: Qualify potential prospects, present company products or services, and address objections to close sales. * Database Management: Log all call details, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules into the CRM software accurately. * Relationship Building: Maintain a polite, skilled, and empathetic tone to resolve complaints and build long-term rapport. * Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call quotas, conversion targets,
and customer satisfaction metrics. Required Qualifications & Skills * Communication: Excellent verbal skills, active listening abilities, and fluency in the designated working languages. * Persuasion & Resilience: Strong negotiation skills with a positive attitude when handling rejection or difficult calls. * Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic CRM systems, office software, and telephone hardware. * Background: High school diploma or equivalent; prior call center, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,890.53 - ₹28,806.13 per month
