- Robust experience in fashion or luxury retail, preferably with sarees or ethnic wear, and proven ability to manage a department or team.
- Skills in sales supervision and performance monitoring, including setting targets, tracking metrics, and driving revenue growth.
- Customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to provide personalized styling assistance and handle escalations professionally.
- Inventory management and visual merchandising skills, including stock planning, replenishment, and maintaining appealing displays.
- Team leadership and people management skills, such as coaching, scheduling, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
