Job Summary:

The Customer Delight Executive is responsible for creating a welcoming store workplace by greeting customers, ensuring a pleasant experience, and guiding them to the appropriate counters based on their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store
- Ensure customers feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
- Understand customer needs and direct them to the relevant sales or service counters
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Assist in managing customer flow within the store

Qualification:

- Higher Secondary / Diploma / Any Degree
- 0–1 year of experience in customer handling or welcoming roles preferred
- Freshers are also welcome to apply

- Friendly and presentable personality
- Customer-focused approach
