Job Description:

- Execute valuation of businesses and Intangibles for wide-ranging purposes (including purchase price allocations etc.) to facilitate strategic decision making by clients.
- Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities
- Execute financial valuation, financial modelling, analyse financial statements, perform ratio analysis and interpretation of the same, contributing to research on quantitative, qualitative indicators/models
- Process, cleanse and verify the integrity of data used for analysis and present the results of the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform detailed reviews of financial models, arrive at preliminary conclusions and present the findings in a report format to clients.
- Enhance the effectiveness of services using MS office, databases like Capital IQ, Capital Line, Bloomberg etc.
