- Clean and sanitize dining areas, floors, tables, counters, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces according to the cleaning schedule.
- Sweep, mop, dust, wipe, and polish surfaces using approved cleaning methods and chemicals.
- Clean and sanitize designated utensils, equipment exteriors, and non-food-contact surfaces as instructed.
- Maintain restrooms with high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, adequate supplies, and odor control throughout operating hours.

2. Waste Management

- Collect, segregate (where applicable), and dispose of waste safely and hygienically in designated areas.
- Keep waste bins clean, lined, and covered as required, ensuring they do not overflow.
- Report any spillage, leakage, broken glass, or other hazards immediately.

3. Supplies & Equipment Management

- Monitor and replenish cleaning chemicals, consumables, tissues, soaps, liners, and other housekeeping supplies.
- Use cleaning chemicals strictly according to instructions and follow all label, dilution, storage, and safety requirements.
- Keep cleaning tools and equipment clean, organized, and stored in designated locations.

4. Safety, Hygiene & Maintenance Reporting

- Follow outlet hygiene, food safety, occupational safety, and chemical handling procedures.
- Immediately report damaged equipment, leaks, electrical issues, pest activity, unsafe conditions, and maintenance requirements.
- Do not use damaged equipment or unsafe cleaning methods and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support pest prevention practices by maintaining a clean and contamination-free environment.

5. Team Support

- Complete opening, periodic, and closing cleaning tasks according to assigned checklists.
- Support the service team during peak operating hours with cleaning and table turnover activities.
- Maintain skilled grooming,
