Xpress Health is a leading digital healthcare solutions provider, transforming patient care through innovation and technology. We're seeking a passionate and skilled Sr. Developer to join our remote tech team and contribute to cutting-edge AI projects powering our healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications for AI and healthcare automation.
- Implement and integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
- Work with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) to build and manage semantic search and retrieval pipelines.
- Optimize data processing workflows for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and DevOps.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Ensure application security and data privacy compliance (especially in healthcare context).

Required Skills & Experience:





- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- At least 2 years of experience working on AI/ML projects (model development or integration).
- Experience with Vector Databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Milvus.
- Robust understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Familiarity with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs is a plus.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and working with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
