Job Title: Growth & Content Executive (AgriTech Marketing + Leads)
Location: Bibwewadi, Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid (Field visit)
Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 years

Role Purpose:
This role supports Farmplex’s growth engine by combining content creation, social media execution, on-ground storytelling, and lead management for farm investment and managed farming services.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn content calendar
- Create and post regular updates about farms, crops, and progress

On-Ground Content Creation

- Visit farms and capture:
- Photos
- Videos
- Progress updates of crops and operations
- Create visual storytelling content for investors & customers

Basic Editing & Content Packaging

- Edit short videos / reels
- Convert raw farm footage into marketing content
- Work with existing content library

Ads & Campaign Support

- Run basic Instagram and LinkedIn ads
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation

Lead Handling & Follow-ups

- Manage inbound leads from ads and campaigns
- Educate leads about Farmplex model




- Follow up consistently until conversion stage

Must Have Skills:

- Strong social media + content creation experience
- Ability to shoot basic videos and photos
- Basic video editing knowledge
- Understanding of lead handling and follow-ups
- Familiarity with paid ads (Meta / LinkedIn)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Growth marketer / content creator hybrid
- Comfortable working in real-world farm workplace (not just office content)
- Strong communication skills
- Execution + ownership mindset

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
