Job Title: Executive – Retail Customer Care (Non-Voice)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, requests and complaints through non-voice channels such as email, chat and CRM/ticketing platforms.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions within the defined TAT.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Provide accurate and standardised responses while maintaining defined quality standards.
- Update and maintain customer interactions, complaints, enquiries and requests in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team-level quality and productivity targets.
- Analyse customer requests and escalate issues wherever required.




- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate
- Age: 18–25 years
- Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
- Customer service/BPO experience preferred
- Strong written English communication skills
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Comfortable working with CRM/ticketing systems
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
- Quick learner with positive work ethics.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with good written communication, customer service orientation, typing skills, basic MS Office knowledge and the ability to handle customer queries through email, chat and other non-voice channels.

Pay: ₹10,093.32 - ₹22,000.00 per month
