Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sundays + 2nd & 4th Saturday

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a real-time operations coordination role—similar to a up-to-date telephone/operator desk.

You will receive instructions through Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Email, telephone and verbal communication, convert them into tasks, assign them to the appropriate team member and provide reminders during the same working day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Capture tasks from multiple communication channels
- Create and assign tasks in SharePoint
- Route tasks to the correct team member
- Provide timely same-day reminders and follow-ups
- Maintain required comments and records in SharePoint
- Identify and escalate operational issues when required
- Ensure that no instruction or task gets missed





WHAT WE LOOK FOR

- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Comfortable with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
- Good listening and multitasking skills
- Highly organised, reliable and punctual
- Persistent and polite in follow-up
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is NOT a managerial position.

No sales targets
No business development
No task execution
No people management

The Coordinator coordinates and follows up; the assigned employee remains responsible for executing, updating and closing the task.
