ROLE SUMMARY

KIMIRICA, a luxury D2C personal care and lifestyle brand, is looking for a confident and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our Shop-in-Shop (SIS) counter at Shoppers Stop, Jaipur.

The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing a premium customer experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, driving sales and maintaining high standards of product presentation and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and assist customers at the KIMIRICA counter
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bath & body, skincare, fragrance, home fragrance and gifting products
- Explain product features, benefits and usage to customers
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to counter performance
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain excellent standards of grooming, product knowledge and customer service
- Ensure proper product display and maintain the overall presentation of the counter
- Monitor stock availability and support inventory management




- Coordinate with the Shoppers Stop team for smooth counter operations
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance, personal care, lifestyle, premium or luxury retail will be preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for beauty and retail may also be considered
