Job Overview

Businesswala is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who can independently manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for our company and clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization. We are looking for someone who understands marketing results, not just marketing theory.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, awareness, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance including leads, CPL, CTR, conversions, budget, and ROI.
- Develop digital marketing strategies according to client business goals.
- Manage social media accounts and content posting schedules.
- Coordinate with the creative team for social media posts, reels, ad creatives, banners, and other marketing content.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and basic SEO activities.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation and business growth.
- Manage digital marketing activities for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and algorithm changes.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Candidates with a portfolio, previous campaign results, or proven lead-generation experience will be preferred.
- Practical experience is more important than certifications.
