Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in US IT Staffing. The candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, identifying suitable requirements, coordinating with vendors/clients, and successfully placing consultants on projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and place bench consultants on suitable US IT requirements.
- Work closely with vendors, implementation partners, clients, and recruiters to identify job opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and other placement terms.
- Submit consultants to relevant job requirements and follow up regularly.
- Maintain and update consultant marketing information and daily activity reports.
- Understand consultant skills, experience, work authorization, location, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up until placement.
- Negotiate and close C2C/W2/1099 opportunities as applicable.
- Maintain a strong vendor/client network and continuously develop new contacts.
- Coordinate with the recruiting team to identify suitable requirements for bench consultants.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers,



and placements.
- Ensure timely communication with consultants and internal teams.
- Meet daily/weekly marketing and placement targets.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of Bench Sales experience in US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of C2C and US employment/visa categories.
- Strong vendor and client relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience with job portals, vendor portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing/marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of US IT technologies and market requirements.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with an established US vendor/client network are preferred.
- Candidates who can independently market and place consultants will be highly considered.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
