Job Summary

VLCC is looking for an experienced Centre Beauty Head / Beauty Centre Manager to manage the Beauty team, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high service standards as per VLCC SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business

- Achieve sales and service execution targets for Beauty Derma services and products.
- Drive upselling of Beauty packages and cross-selling of Slimming packages.
- Plan and execute sales events in coordination with the Regional/Corporate team.
- Conduct daily client connect and Rekindle calling activities.

Customer Excellence

- Ensure high-quality Beauty services and excellent customer experience.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely package execution.
- Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, audits, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with Corporate Office for technical support, updates, and stock requirements.
- Maintain and submit regular centre performance and client reports.

Team Leadership & Management

- Support recruitment, induction, and orientation of new Beauty staff.
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the Beauty team.




- Conduct regular team meetings and address staff concerns.
- Manage attendance, work allocation, Beauty bookings, staff rotation, and weekly offs.
- Ensure staff grooming, discipline, training, and overall performance.

- Hair Stylists
- Pedicurists
- Dermatologists / Cosmetologists

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Doctor / Dermatologist / Cosmetologist /
- Additional qualifications in Hair & Skin will be an advantage.
- Experience: 3–7 years in Beauty, Dermatology, Cosmetology, Salon, Wellness, or related industry.
- Candidates with experience in Beauty Centre Management, Training, Sales, or Team Leadership are preferred.
- Strong communication, customer handling, sales, and team management skills.
