Pappytech Solutions Pvt Ltd is a 360 degree global ecommerce company Selling products across multiple categories on Indian and International marketplaces and is looking for a young and driven individual for the following profile

Roles & Duties

- Drafting recruitment ads & Posting Job ads on recruitment sites
- Screening candidates and Conducting and scheduling telephonic and personal interviews
- Coordinating and completing on boarding and exit procedures for employees
- Maintaining Employee and asset data and MIS
- Maintaining and Processing payroll formalities like attendance, salary slips, etc
- Coordinate with various departments for MIS and record keeping
- Monitor office upkeep and supplies
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and off sites
- Implement and improvise company HR policies
- Monitor and report on task management activities

Skill set

- Microsoft Excel
- Prior recruitment experience mandatory
- Quick to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
