Student Mentor – Digital Marketing

Job Description

The Student Mentor supports learners throughout their academic journey—from onboarding and active learning to course completion and placement readiness.

This role is suitable for digital marketing learners or graduates who enjoy mentoring others and aspire to become trainers, educators, or academic leaders. Previous work experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

● Mentor and support 80–100 learners across a maximum of four batches.

● Conduct onboarding and maintain regular learner communication.

● Track attendance, assignments, certifications, and course progress.

● Follow up with absent, inactive, and academically pending learners.

● Coordinate doubt clearance and assignment evaluation with trainers.

● Ensure learners receive timely feedback and opportunities for correction.

● Share session recaps and collect learner feedback.

● Support portfolio development, resume preparation, mock interviews, and placement

readiness.

● Maintain accurate Student Portal updates, trackers, and reports.

● Escalate academic delays, learner concerns,



and unresolved issues.

● Participate in internal training and gradually develop session-delivery skills.

● Maintain periodic engagement with learners after course completion.

Candidate Profile

● Completed or currently pursuing a Digital Marketing course.

● Working knowledge of core digital marketing areas.

● Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.

● Comfortable communicating through calls, messages, and online meetings.

● Patient, organised, responsible, and consistent with follow-ups.

● Genuine interest in mentoring learners and supporting their progress.

● Aspires to grow as a trainer, educator, or academic leader.

● Willing to work adaptable shifts based on batch schedules.

Employment: Full- time

Location: Kochi

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
