We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, collections, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Invoicing

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices on time.
- Record and maintain financial transactions.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

- Track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for payments.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and collections.
- Support cash-flow management and timely collections.

Tally & Financial Records

- Record day-to-day transactions using Tally.
- Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Generate financial and accounting reports for management.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Maintain basic financial models and update them with actual figures.
- Track budgets, expenses, revenues, and variances.
- Provide basic financial insights to support business decisions.

Compliance & Audit Support





- Ensure accounting records comply with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist with tax-related documentation and filings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required records and documents.
- Maintain organized financial documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tally is required.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation procedures.
- Experience working in a digital marketing, agency, startup, or SME setting.
