- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in database management to enhance system efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure database solutions align with organizational goals.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of database installation, configuration, and upgrade processes.
- Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
- Experience in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Ability to develop and implement database security measures to protect sensitive information.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Applications DBA.

- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
