We are a consulting firm and specializes in Audit, taxation and transaction advisory services. We are looking to hire Fresher CS with minimum 2 years of experience in CS firm as trainee or semi-qualified CS with 3 years of working knowledge in Secretarial firm.

Company Secretary - Job Description

1) Draft notice and circulate it to board and shareholders

2) Record attendance sheet and minutes of the meeting

3) Draft minutes book and CTC of resolution as requires

4) Maintain registers as required under Companies Act, 2013

5) Filing of annual return form and event based form

6) Strong knowledge of excel to manage project tracker for fund raise.

Qualifications

1) Fresher CS with experience of minimum 2 years in secretarial firm as an intern

2) Semi Qualified CS with minimum 3 years and above experience in CS firm

3) Positive powerpoint presentation skill

4) Excellent communication skill

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
