- Key Responsibilities

Assist the lawyer in preparing and managing Canada immigration cases.

- Conduct legal research on Canadian immigration laws, regulations, policies, and relevant case decisions.
- Review client profiles and supporting documents.
- Prepare case summaries, legal research notes, draft submissions, affidavits, and supporting documentation for lawyer review.
- Assist with applications such as Study Permits, Work Permits, PR, Express Entry, PNP, Spousal Sponsorship, LMIA-related matters, refusals, appeals, and other immigration matters, depending on the lawyer's practice.
- Maintain case files, documentation, deadlines, and case trackers.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
- Assist in preparing responses to procedural requests and other case-related communications.




- Draft legal correspondence and organize evidence under the lawyer's supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information.
- LL.B. / Law Graduate preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with an interest in immigration law and legal research may be considered.
- Solid English writing, drafting, and research skills.
- Good understanding of legal documentation and case analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration law or willingness to learn.
- Experience with legal research and case preparation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
