Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and responsible
Senior Admin to manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The role will be responsible for managing office expenses, procurement, vendors,supplies, records, facilities, and overall office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain and track
daily office expenses
and administrative expenditure.
Maintain proper records, bills, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for office expenses.
Manage office petty cash and ensure timely reconciliation of expenses.
Identify and arrange required office supplies, stationery, pantry items, housekeeping materials, andother consumables.
Raise purchase requests/orders for required items as per company process.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure essential office supplies are available.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other serviceproviders.
Collect and verify vendor bills and invoices before submitting them for processing.
Maintain vendor records, contracts, quotations, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, AC, furniture, and other facility-relatedrequirements.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, security, and overall upkeep of the office/showroom.
Monitor and manage housekeeping, office assistants, security, and other support staff whereapplicable.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts teams regarding office expenses, invoices, payments, andreconciliations.
Prepare regular administrative expense and operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and approval processes for purchases and expenses.
Handle employee and visitor-related administrative requirements.
Support meetings, events, office setup, and other business activities as required.
Identify opportunities to control administrative costs and improve operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; relevant administrative qualification is an advantage.
Previous experience in office administration, facilities, administration management, or similar roles
Experience managing office expenses, petty cash, procurement, and vendors.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic office tools.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and vendor-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Experience managing support staff such as housekeeping, security, and office assistants will be an advantage.

The Senior Admin will be responsible for managing the overall administrative requirements of the Spinny Office, Showroom, or Hub and will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Note: Working hours and weekly offs may vary based on business requirements.
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
