Job requirement for the Customer service Representative - Logistic and warehouse

- Ensure proper inventory control and stock management procedures.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing and transportation,
- Deliver customer service through strong customer support and collaboration processes.
- Coordinate with Logistics teams to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Prioritize customer orders and adjust schedules to meet urgent requirements.
- Ensure efficient routing and scheduling to achieve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) deliveries at the lowest cost.
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and optimize service fulfillment.
- Monitor and control logistics and service costs for operational efficiency.




- Oversee and validate cost estimation processes within the Customer Service function.
