WE’RE HIRING | SALES HEAD – STATE BUSINESS

Industry: Home Improvement / Building Materials / Construction Products

We are looking for a senior sales leader to own the complete state-level business, driving revenue, market expansion, channel development and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Own state-level revenue, growth and profitability

* Build and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans

* Drive business across Architects & Interior Designers, Builders & Developers, Distributors, Dealers/Retailers and Project/Institutional Sales

* Expand dealer/distributor network and enter new markets

* Lead, mentor and manage the state sales team

* Own sales forecasting, pipeline, primary & secondary sales and collections

* Track market trends, competition, pricing and business opportunities

* Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to drive execution

What We’re Looking For

* 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in Building Materials / Home Improvement

* Proven experience independently managing a state or large territory

* Strong exposure to multiple sales channels, not just one

* Experience with Architects, Builders, Dealers & Distributors





* Background in Tiles, Bathware, Sanitaryware, Plywood, Paints, Laminates, Flooring, Modular Kitchens or allied categories preferred

* Proven track record of building teams, channels and revenue

* Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills

* Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan

Someone who has already owned a state-level business, managed a diverse sales ecosystem and delivered measurable revenue growth.
