Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field visits.
- Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Present residential and commercial property options to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain client relationships.
- Negotiate deals and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
