About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Consultant to help us acquire clients for AI automation solutions.

You will identify potential businesses, initiate conversations with decision-makers, understand their business problems, present relevant AI solutions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Contact business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable AI automation opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate AI solutions such as AI agents, chatbots, automation systems, and AI-powered websites.
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Negotiate and close B2B deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Interest in technology, AI, automation, and B2B sales.




- Ability to learn and explain AI solutions in simple business terms.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation Structure

Initial Stage: Performance-based incentives/commission.

Candidates who demonstrate consistent sales performance will be offered a fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

The fixed-salary transition will be based on clearly defined performance criteria.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable with sales, confident in communication, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Freshers with robust communication and sales ability are also encouraged to apply.
