THE JOB ROLE INCLUDE
Collection Executive
- Contact customers and follow up on pending loan/EMI payments.
- Visit customers when required and collect outstanding amounts.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update payment details.
- Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues.
- Achieve assigned collection targets and submit regular reports.
- Follow company policies and maintain qualified relationships with customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,604.56 per month
