We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify current business opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and convert qualified prospects into long-term clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential brand clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Connect with decision-makers and schedule sales meetings.
- Present company services and understand client requirements.
- Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.




- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.
- Well-organized with good CRM and Google Sheets skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
