Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for the ERP Accounts module.
- Handle client queries related to Accounts, GST, TDS & taxation.
- Support reconciliation, financial reporting and balance sheet processes.
- Understand business requirements and provide ERP solutions.
- Coordinate with Product, Development & QA teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct client training, UAT and post-go-live support.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in Accounts / Finance / ERP Support.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and taxation.
- Valuable understanding of financial reporting & reconciliation.
- Strong client communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or relevant Finance/Accounts background preferred.
