The Crew Member is responsible for food preparation, customer service, billing, cleanliness, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet while following Rail Rolls' SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and SOPs.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Operate the POS system and handle billing accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, counter, dining area, and equipment.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices.
- Check stock and inform the Outlet Manager about shortages or damaged items.
- Follow proper storage and handling procedures for food and materials.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
- Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
- Follow assigned shifts, attendance, and weekly-off schedules.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
