Key Responsibilities:
✅ Candidate sourcing through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn & other portals
✅ Resume screening as per IT requirements
✅ Candidate calling and initial screening
✅ Understanding candidate skills, experience, CTC & notice period
✅ Interview coordination and regular follow-ups
✅ Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
✅ Working closely with recruiters to fulfill hiring requirements
Required Skills:
Hands-on knowledge of Naukri/Resdex
Basic understanding of IT recruitment
Positive communication and follow-up skills Ability to understand technical requirements and shortlist candidates
Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurgaon, Haryana
