Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager - Operations who will take ownership of warehouse operations while also contributing to supply chain solutioning, capacity planning, costing, process improvement, and commercial analysis. The role involves working closely with warehouse teams, clients, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to design practical solutions and deliver efficient, scalable, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

· Manage and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient execution.

· Understand and manage key warehouse processes including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory, cycle counts, audits, and returns.

· Track operational KPIs, productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy, and SLA adherence; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

· Work with warehouse teams to improve productivity, utilization, quality, and overall operational performance.

Warehouse Solutioning & Planning

· Understand business and client requirements and translate them into practical warehouse and supply chain solutions.

· Support warehouse layout planning, process-flow design, storage planning, capacity calculations, manpower planning, and resource modelling.

· Analyse operational volumes, throughput, SKU profiles, storage requirements, and process constraints to recommend scalable solutions.

· Work with implementation and operations teams to validate that proposed solutions are practical and executable.

Costing, Commercials & Finance





· Prepare and analyse warehouse costing models covering manpower, storage, infrastructure, utilities, and other operational cost heads.

· Support commercial calculations, pricing, business cases, proposals, and cost-optimization exercises.

· Use financial and operational data to evaluate the impact of business decisions and identify opportunities for better margins and efficiency.

· Candidates with prior exposure to finance, costing, commercials, budgeting, or financial analysis will be preferred.

Client & Vendor Management

· Work closely with clients to understand operational requirements, address concerns, support reviews, and ensure service expectations are met.

· Coordinate with warehouse and other operational vendors to ensure timely execution, service quality, and adherence to agreed requirements.

· Support vendor evaluation, performance tracking, cost discussions, and issue resolution.

· Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure clear communication across teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting

· Use MS Excel and operational data to analyse warehouse performance, costs, productivity, and business trends.

· Prepare MIS, dashboards, KPI reports, and management updates to support operational and commercial decisions.

· Identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes and convert insights into actionable improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement & Program Management

· Identify operational gaps and drive initiatives for process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement.

· Work with Operations, Implementation, Technology, Finance, and Commercial teams to execute cross-functional initiatives.

· Track timelines, dependencies, action items, and deliverables and take ownership through closure.





· Support technology-led improvements across warehouse workflows, systems, and reporting wherever relevant.

Requirements

· 1+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations within the Supply Chain, Logistics, or 3PL industry.

· Bachelor's degree with 7+ CGPA; an Engineering background is strongly preferred.

· Master's degree with 8+ CGPA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college; MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

· Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, capacity planning, resource planning, and operational KPIs.

· Strong numerical and analytical ability with good command of MS Excel and comfort working with costing and financial data.

· Prior exposure to Finance / Commercials / Costing / Financial Analysis in any role or project will be preferred.

· Strong client management, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to balance operational requirements with cost, service levels, scalability, and business objectives.

· Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Exposure

· Warehouse solution design, supply chain consulting, process design, or operational excellence.

· Commercial modelling, costing, budgeting, or margin analysis.

· WMS / OMS, supply chain analytics, dashboards, BI tools, or data-driven operations.

· Experience working in multi-client warehouse environments or with multiple operational stakeholders.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
