Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities:

- Assess, examine, diagnose, and manage patients admitted to the hospital.
- Monitor patients' clinical conditions and identify any deterioration.
- Initiate appropriate treatment in emergencies and inform the concerned consultant immediately.
- Conduct admission assessments and document findings accurately.
- Review inpatients daily and maintain proper medical records.
- Participate in ward rounds and implement treatment plans advised by consultants.
- Prescribe medications and ensure safe administration according to hospital policies.
- Coordinate with nursing and allied healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.

Emergency Responsibilities :

- Respond promptly to all medical emergencies and code blue situations.
- Be familiar with the location and operation of emergency equipment.
- Perform emergency procedures and investigations as required.
- Provide basic and advanced life support when necessary.
- Act as a team leader during cardiac arrest and emergency situations when required.

Ward Responsibilities :

- Remain available and contactable within hospital premises during duty hours.
- Attend patient handovers and communicate effectively with incoming medical staff.
- Perform clinical procedures including:
- Cannulation
- Intravenous medication administration
- ECG recording
- Urinary catheterization
- Phlebotomy
- IV infusion management
- Review laboratory and diagnostic reports and take appropriate action.
- Prepare discharge summaries and discharge medications as per hospital policy.

Responsibility to Consultants :

- Inform consultants of significant changes in patient condition.
- Discuss treatment plans and obtain approval for non-emergency interventions.
- Notify consultants immediately regarding patient deaths,



critical events, or discharge against medical advice (DAMA).
- Assist consultants during patient reviews and follow-up care.

Administrative Responsibilities :

- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
- Complete all necessary clinical and administrative documentation.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and accreditation activities.

Health, Safety & Quality Assurance :

- Follow infection control policies and patient safety guidelines.
- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Participate in disaster management, fire safety, and emergency preparedness programs.
- Promote quality healthcare services and patient satisfaction.

Training & Development :

- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities.
- Assist in training and mentoring nursing staff and junior healthcare personnel.
- Conduct patient education and health awareness activities as required.
- Support hospital training programs and clinical demonstrations.

Qualifications:

- BDS/ BAMS/ MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid State Medical Council Registration.

Experience :

- Freshers or experienced doctors may apply.
- Experience in hospital-based patient care and emergency management preferred.

Salary :- Based on relevant work experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
