This is a full-time in office role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Fly media Technology . The specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing , creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Design visually appealing creatives (posts, stories, banners, etc.) using tools like Canva, or similar
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

- 1 years to 2 years of experience in social media management




- Strong understanding of content trends, reels, and platform algorithms
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
