About the Role

INCL Media is looking for an experienced and proactive Social Media Executive with around 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from an advertising, digital marketing, media, or communication agency.

The candidate will be responsible for managing social media activities, coordinating with clients, developing social media presentations, supporting client pitches, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns for clients.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, feedback, and campaign expectations.
- Prepare professional social media presentations, campaign proposals, content calendars, reports, and pitch decks.
- Participate in and support client pitching and presentation meetings.
- Present social media strategies, campaign ideas, content plans, and performance insights to clients.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and other internal teams for campaign execution.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of client requirements and campaign deliverables.
- Handle client feedback and coordinate internally for timely resolution and execution.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Good command of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and relevant digital/social media tools.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certification in social media or digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, advertising, or media.
- Prior experience in an advertising/digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in client coordination, social media presentations, campaign planning, and client pitching is required.

Compensation & Location

Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹35,000 per month
