Responsibilities:

- Planned and scheduled work and ensured its quality.
- Managed overall site by mobilization of manpower, machinery and material for smooth running of the project.
- Analyzed contract agreement and drawing, survey report and instructed concerned person to execute the same in the most time and cost-efficient method.
- Interacted with client and consultant on daily basis for smooth running of project.
- Led a team of Finishing engineers and structural engineers in completing the project including handling of financial responsibilities independently.
- Completed the project on time in spite of Maoist extremist insurgency.
