We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR & Admin Manager to lead our HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to meet business hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.




- Oversee office administration, facilities, and workplace coordination.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Lead and support the HR & Admin team in achieving organizational goals.
