Work Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)

Work Hours: Flexible (Minimum monthly deliverables required)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Monthly Commitment: Minimum 30 edited videos (up to 15 minutes each)

Key Responsibilities:

* Edit and deliver high-quality videos for YouTube (8–15 minutes) and Instagram (Reels & Stories – 30s to 90s).

* Trim raw footage, enhance audio, apply transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and branding as per content guidelines.

* Ensure final videos are engaging, well-paced, and aligned with our brand’s tone and audience preferences.

* Maintain consistency in style, color grading, and audio-video sync across all content.

* Add sound effects, music, animations, B-rolls, text overlays, and other creative elements as needed.

* Collaborate remotely with content creators, marketing, and script teams for revisions and approvals.

*Required Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing.

* Proven portfolio of at least 30 edited videos (preferably long-form content of 8–15 minutes each).





* Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.

* Good understanding of video formats, social media aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements.

* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

* Knowledge of basic motion graphics and typography will be an added advantage.

* Strong sense of storytelling and visual composition.

* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for pacing and audio synchronization.

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to timely deliveries.

* Experience editing videos related to finance, business, education, or lifestyle content is a plus.
