HR Executive – Hiring

Location: Santoshpur, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end HR operations
- Manage Payroll, PF & ESI
- Attendance and leave management
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Recruitment and employee coordination
- Statutory compliance and HR records
- Handle employee queries and general HR activities

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Robust knowledge of PF, ESI & Payroll
- Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidates from Kolkata preferred
