- Assist with daily accounting and financial data entry.
- Support preparation and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist in billing and verification of financial transactions.
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Verify bills, supporting documents, and payment requests.
- Support the Finance team during audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
- Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
