Key Responsibilities

- Work as a Senior ServiceNow CSM Consultant with strong hands-on experience.
- Handle Case Management.
- Work with Customer / Consumer Service.
- Manage Customer Portal & Service Catalog.
- Work across ITSM — Incident, Problem, Change & Request.
- Work with IntegrationHub and REST / SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting.
- Handle Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

Candidate Requirements
