The Chennai Silks is looking for Billing & Cashier candidates to join our team at the Madurai Branch. We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible candidates who can handle customer billing and payment transactions accurately.

Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.

Qualification

- Any Degree (Male & Female)
- Freshers can apply
- Previous experience in billing/cashier/retail will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Good numerical and calculation skills

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer billing and cash transactions accurately
- Generate bills and receipts through the billing system
- Handle cash, card and digital payment transactions
- Ensure accuracy in billing and payment collection
- Assist customers with billing-related queries
- Maintain proper billing and cash records
- Coordinate with the concerned departments for smooth billing operations
- Follow company policies and maintain professional customer service
