Job Summary

Enterprise Video Conferencing Engineer (Cisco + Microsoft + Humly + Barco)

support for Enterprise Video Conferencing and Meeting Room technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, Cisco Video Conferencing endpoints, Humly Room Booking Systems, and Barco ClickShare solutions. Responsible for incident resolution, troubleshooting, operational support, room technology administration, and ensuring seamless meeting experiences for end users.

Key Responsibilities

Video Conferencing Support Administer and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Cisco Video Conferencing solutions. Support Cisco Room Kits, Webex Devices, SX/MX/DX Series, and Teams-certified room devices. Monitor conferencing infrastructure and proactively address service issues. Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, and meeting join failures. Meeting Room Technology Support Support Humly Room Displays and Room Booking solutions. Configure and troubleshoot room scheduling integrations with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online. Manage room mailbox configurations and resource accounts. Support Barco ClickShare wireless presentation systems. Troubleshoot screen sharing, presentation connectivity, and room AV issues. Incident & Service Management Handle L2 incidents,



service requests, and escalations. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. Work with L3 teams and vendors for complex issue resolution. Ensure SLA compliance and ticket closure within agreed timelines. User & Executive Support Provide white-glove support for VIP and executive meetings. Support hybrid meetings, boardroom conferences, and customer-facing events. Conduct meeting room health checks and readiness validation. Monitoring & Maintenance Perform preventive maintenance and firmware upgrades. Monitor room utilization and device health. Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
