We are expanding our software development team and are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.

The ideal candidate should have experience developing user-based web portals and platforms, particularly Job Portals, Dating Platforms, Matrimony/Marriage Portals, Social Networking Platforms, or similar applications.

The selected candidate will work on real-world production projects involving Dating & Matrimony Platforms, Job Portals, SaaS applications, real-time communication, REST APIs, payment integrations, user management systems, cloud-based applications, and business automation solutions.

Job Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience.

The candidate should be comfortable working across the complete MERN stack:

MongoDB

Express.js

React.js

Node.js

JavaScript (ES6+)

REST APIs

Database architecture

Third-party API integrations

Real-time communication

Server deployment

VPS / Cloud hosting

AWS or similar cloud platforms

The candidate should be capable of handling both frontend and backend development, understanding existing codebases, developing new features, fixing issues, and deploying applications to production.

Domain Experience – Strongly Preferred

Candidates with previous experience in developing or maintaining any of the following platforms will be strongly preferred:

Key Responsibilities

1. MERN Stack Development

Develop complete web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Develop new modules and features for existing platforms.

Work on both frontend and backend development.

Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.

Understand existing applications and improve functionality and performance.

Debug and resolve technical issues across the application.

2. React.js / Frontend Development

Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.

Create reusable React components.

Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.

Implement forms, dashboards, search interfaces, filters, profiles, subscriptions, and other application modules.

Handle application state and frontend data flow.

Optimize frontend performance.

Fix UI and functional issues.

3. Node.js / Backend Development

Develop scalable backend applications using Node.js and Express.js.

Build secure and high-performance backend services.

Develop business logic and application workflows.

Create reusable backend modules.

Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and error handling.

Optimize backend performance and API response time.





Troubleshoot production-level backend issues.

4. Job Portal Development

Experience or ability to work on features such as:

Candidate registration and profiles

Recruiter / employer accounts

Job posting and management

Candidate search and filtering

Resume/profile management

Job search and application management

Employer dashboards

Candidate dashboards

Notifications

Subscription and membership modules

Admin panel and reporting

5. Dating & Matrimony Portal Development

Experience or ability to work on features such as:

User registration and profile creation

Profile search and advanced filters

Matching and recommendation systems

6. API Development & Integration

Design and develop scalable REST APIs.

Integrate frontend applications with backend services.

Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

Implement API authentication and security.

Handle data validation and error management.

Work with payment gateways, communication APIs, notification services, and other third-party integrations.

Develop APIs for mobile and web applications.

7. Real-Time Application Development

Work on real-time communication and data flow.

Experience with WebSockets / Socket.IO will be an advantage.

Develop real-time chat and notification functionality.

Handle live user interactions and real-time updates.

Optimize real-time services for production applications.

8. Database Management

Design and maintain MongoDB databases.

Create efficient database structures and collections.

Write and optimize database queries.

Work with indexing, aggregation, and data optimization.

Handle large datasets and user-generated data.

Maintain database performance and reliability.

Knowledge of MySQL will be an added advantage.

9. Server, VPS & Cloud Deployment

Deploy and maintain applications on VPS / Cloud servers.

Work with AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.

Configure application servers and production environments.

Manage backend services and application deployments.

Troubleshoot server and deployment-related issues.

Monitor application performance.

Handle production bugs and downtime-related issues.

10. Security & Performance

Implement secure authentication and authorization systems.

Follow secure coding practices.

Protect APIs and user data.

Optimize database queries and API performance.

Identify and resolve application bottlenecks.

Maintain application stability and scalability.
