Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Solar Industry

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Locations: Noida, UP

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Up to ₹50,000 per month for exceptional candidates)

Position Overview

We are seeking driven Area Sales Managers to join a rapidly growing solar inverter and energy technology enterprise. This role focuses on accelerating revenue growth, acquiring recent channel partners, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard recent dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, and solar installers to strengthen distribution networks.
- Revenue Generation: Execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for solar inverters and battery storage solutions.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive repeat business and maximize order volume.
- Market Expansion: Conduct territory mapping, analyze competitor movement, and identify untapped commercial and residential market opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, track product demand,



and coordinate timely order fulfillment and payment collection.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, weekly progress reports, and market feedback summaries for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1–2+ years of active field sales experience within the Solar, Renewable Energy, Inverter, or Battery Storage sectors.
- Network: Proven track record of working directly with EPCs, installers, dealers, and distributors.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across assigned field territories.
- Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal and written).

Mandatory Onboarding Requirement

- Training Program: Selected candidates must complete a 10-day orientation and technical training program in Chennai prior to field deployment.
- Reimbursement: All travel, lodging, and food expenses for the training period are fully covered.

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,069.76 - ₹50,209.02 per month
