Job Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the planning and execution of construction activities across assigned projects. The role ensures adherence to approved designs, schedules, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate construction activities at assigned project sites
- Ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
- Develop and manage work schedules to support timely project delivery
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure quality compliance
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Provide technical guidance and operational support to site personnel
- Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions and delays
- Support project completion within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in construction project execution
- Sound knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Solid coordination, communication,



and analytical skills

Job Responsibilities

- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients
- Communications - Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with internal team members and external entities including the contracting agency, owner and key stakeholders
- Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements.
- Fulfills project requirements on time by training and guiding operators.
- Prepare reports as required
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Desired Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar
- Additional certificates or licenses preferred but not mandatory
- Good project management skills
- Two-wheeler and driver’s license
- 0-2 years experience in Construction field
- Freshers preferred

Preferably located in Ernakulam area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
