Job Description – Solar Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a Solar Technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar power systems. The candidate must be comfortable with field work, frequent travel, and working at different project/customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and service solar PV systems and related electrical equipment.
- Assist with solar panel installation, wiring, cabling, inverter connections, earthing, and other electrical works.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical and technical issues at project sites.
- Attend customer sites for service, maintenance, and complaint resolution.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems.
- Support Site Engineers and Project Teams during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure all work is completed according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly.
- Provide timely updates regarding site work and service activities.




- Travel to different project/customer locations as assigned by the company.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related electrical trade

Requirements

- Two-wheeler mandatory.
- Valid driving licence mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel extensively for field and site work.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently at customer/project sites.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in the solar industry, electrical installation, or maintenance will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
