We are looking for a agile Real Estate Sourcing Executive to drive property sales, handle client inquiries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet Channel Partners and activate them for our project portfolio.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain CRM records and assist with documentation.

- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-driven.
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
- Self driven and motivated.
- Dynamic in nature.
