A fast-growing Germany-based moving and cleaning services group is hiring a Recruiter to build our teams from India. Our hiring runs majorly across Germany and Turkey. This is a 3-month remote contract (Mon–Fri, 40 hours/week) with solid potential for renewal or a longer-term role as we scale.

What you'll do:

- Source and hire sales reps, blue-collar/field staff, and call center agents
- Run end-to-end recruitment for our moving and cleaning businesses
- Partner with hiring managers to fill roles quickly without dropping quality
- Build and maintain sourcing pipelines to keep time-to-hire low

What we're looking for:

- Experience in high-volume, blue-collar, BPO, or sales recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills and a bias for speed
- Fluent English and comfort working with an international team
- Self-driven and set up to work remotely
