Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager & Supervisor to manage and grow our digital presence in the garment industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and supervising the creative and marketing team.

This role requires strong expertise in social media marketing, fashion branding, content strategy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management

- Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage daily posting, reels, stories, and audience engagement
- Track trends and create engaging fashion-related content

Brand & Marketing Execution

- Promote garment and fashion collections across digital platforms
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and product launches
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels

Content & Creative Supervision

- Supervise content creation, photoshoots, and video shoots
- Coordinate with designers, photographers,



and content teams
- Ensure high-quality and brand-aligned creatives

Paid Advertising & Analytics

- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics, engagement, and ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Team Supervision

- Lead and manage social media/content team
- Assign tasks and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Experience in garment or fashion industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Instagram marketing, reels strategy, and influencer marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
