Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in selling plots/land, with proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting site visits, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales.

Perform outbound sales through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation clearly to customers in English and Hindi.

Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups, and closures in CRM.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in plot sales.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong experience in both inbound and outbound sales processes.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and compliance is preferred.
